Tom co-founded 4Front Mortgages in 2014, after spending almost 18 years with RBC. As a top producing Mortgage Specialist, he was consistently recognized for his high-level achievements, ranking top 1% of brokers in Canada year over year. Trained in financial, tax, and estate planning, Tom understands that each client’s mortgage needs and scenario is different and believes strategy and consultation are critical to making the right borrowing decision. Tom firmly believes and commits to timely and consistent communication which he feels is paramount to ensuring a smooth financing transaction. He values client referrals and ensures every client is treated with respect, honesty, and integrity.
Raised in Vancouver, Tom is a father of two incredibly active boys, who love spending as much time as possible at their home in Whistler. While there, the family enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and many other outdoor adventures. Call Tom.
ANAIS GREER
Senior Mortgage Consultant
Anais brings over 17 years of experience to the table, including more than 10 years with Scotiabank primarily as a Branch Manager serving multiple locations across British Columbia and Alberta. In this role, she focused on developing and expanding relationships with personal and business clients spanning an array of professional sectors. Trained in financial planning, Anais has cultivated a practice dedicated to delivering a holistic financial strategy for clients that goes beyond meeting lending needs. Anais takes pride in bringing positivity, patience and attention to detail to every client experience, and prides herself on ensuring that every interaction builds literacy and confidence, as clients move through their financial journey.
Outside of work, Anais gives her time to Zajac Ranch, a fully inclusive summer camp where children with medical conditions and disabilities can experience the joy, freedom, and adventure of camp in an accessible environment. She is also heavily involved with Zajac Nights, the ranch’s key fundraising event, serving as a committee member and helping raise support for this incredible charity.

Trudi Cheng
Trudi joined 4Front Mortgages in 2017, having earned her B.A. and M.A. from SFU and bringing a specialized education in administration to the Tom + Anais team. Trudi has a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams, and particularly enjoys supporting clients through the mortgage administration and operations process.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Trudi is an active member of her community where she works with her local army cadet unit as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces. During her free time, you can find her in Yaletown staying active (particularly through boxing), drinking a nice cup of coffee (or five), hosting board game nights, and walking her beloved French Bulldog, Blaze.
